Dondi is Corporate Counsel at Microsoft where he tracks global cybersecurity laws and regulations, and works directly with engineering groups to ensure that company products and services comply with security laws around the world. In addition, he works directly with Microsoft's various government affairs teams worldwide to help drive the development of cybersecurity law and policy. Prior to joining Microsoft, Dondi worked as a Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Dondi's government experience has included serving in the U.S. Navy as an Information Warfare Officer, and working as a cleared defense contractor and trusted advisor to organizations such as the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (Obama Administration), U.S. Cyber Command, and the National Security Agency. Dondi holds a B.S. in Mathematics (Alabama A&M University); a M.Sc. in Applied Information Security (Towson University); and Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law where he was an editor for the Maryland Law Review. He holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
